It is advisable to wear dark comfortable clothes to go home in and Fiona strongly recommends that you do not wear your best underwear just in case it’s marked by the beautiful organic oils which can sometimes be rich in colour. Please be aware to get the full benefit from the whole plant oils are most often used in your hair.
It is recommended that you keep the oils used in full body treatments on your skin for a couple of hours before having a hot shower to remove.
To ensure you get the most out of your treatment please arrive without any make up on. Valuable treatment time will not be wasted removing long-wear mascara and lipstick (see below).
Fiona requests you honour your appointment and turn up freshly showered for your treatment. This is especially relevant at her clinic in Spain. Fiona will not treat you if you arrive straight from the beach covered in sunscreen and sweat.

Fiona Harlowe has a strict cancellation policy. Please be advised that the cancellation policy of the location where your treatment will be performed will be respected and upheld. All cancellations should be made with 24 hours’ notice by calling the location of your treatment.
When at Fiona’s clinic in Spain 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your treatment – otherwise deposits will be not be refunded and 100% of the total value of your treatment will be charged. Fiona Harlowe reserves the right to change appointment dates and times without any notice. Appointments at Fiona’s clinic in Spain must changed or cancelled only be telephoning the clinic's main number +34 966 840 100.
For some treatments a deposit is required on booking. Any changes to these appointments must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy above. To confirm technical, long or multiple bookings debit/credit card numbers will be requested at the time of booking and charged if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.
Please note that as a courtesy to all clients at Fiona’s clinic a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. If you turn up late to your appointment we may not be able to honour it. In this case it will be treated a cancellation without 24 hours’ notice and full payment will still be expected. At best late arrivals will result in shortened treatment times.
Gift vouchers can be purchased to cover any value, treatment or training. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only. Gift vouchers will expire on the date marked on the gift voucher. Extensions on the time limit are not permitted and gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. On redemption of the gift voucher, any unused balance will not be credited, refunded or exchanged and will be automatically forfeited. If purchase exceeds available gift voucher balance, the bearer must make up the difference with another payment method. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of other gift vouchers. All gift vouchers must be shown at the time of treatment or cannot be redeemed.
Promotional vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. They are given with good will and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of treatments other than those clearly listed on the promotional voucher.
All treatment courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This is a strictly non-refundable payment. All treatments in the course must be completed within six months. Missed treatments will be deducted from courses and not refunded.
Purchase of Retail Products
All retail items must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering. No opened items will be refunded or replaced.
Treatments are available on completion of consultation form. Please inform at the time of booking if you have a heart condition, suffer from high/low blood pressure, are pregnant or have any physical ailments or allergies as that may affect the choice and/or structure of your treatment, as well as influence the choice of product recommendations. It is especially important that you inform Fiona of any contagious illness or skin condition. Fiona Harlowe reserves the rights to cancel or move appointments if clients are suffering from any infectious or contagious illness, disease or other aliment such as open cuts, open sores or minor infections where there is a risk that may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other clients of the clinic or members of staff.
Fiona prides herself on her hygiene practices; achieving optimal cleanliness is of the utmost important for every treatment and every client.
Please arrive for your treatment without make up as valuable treatment time will not be wasted removing long wear make-up – especially mascara.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence and in accordance with data security legislation.
Fiona Harlowe does not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please let us know and we will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
All prices are inclusive of IVA/VAT & are subject to change without prior notice. The price of all treatments reflect the extremely high quality of carefully sourced, ingredients, along with the exceptional level of skill, experience & continued education & dedication of Fiona Harlowe.
Videos & Photographs
Whilst you are very welcome to take photographs of the front shop area of Fiona’s clinic in Spain, & share them on social media, photographs & videos of Fiona and of/in the treatment room are strictly prohibited at all times. If caught videoing in the treatment room during a facial or any other treatment, the treatment will be immediately terminated & full treatment price must be paid with no refund given. The video must be visibly deleted before leaving the premise otherwise further action will be taken. The guidelines of other locations will be adhered to as necessary. The individual policies of other locations where Fiona sees clients and teaches will be strictly adhered to.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Please do not turn up for your treatment with valuables as Fiona Harlowe cannot be held responsible for them; it is much better to leave all jewellery etc. safely at home.
